They did it.  She huffed and puffed all the way to school, ran the Sport Relief Mile and ran home again.  Muscles ached the next day ... even her arms!  Nearly a year since she last ran - time to start exercising in earnest again.
Remember the little case.  It needed some TLC.  A little sanding, waxing and polishing.  Removal of dusty green baize ...

A new lining.  Lovely old maps.

Saturday.  Awake before dawn.  Car loaded.  Off to Sherborne.  Marvelling at the sunrise.  Low mist layered with crimson blush.  Stopping for a while, standing at the gateway, she watched quietly.  Feeling very small.

A quiet but worthwhile day at the fair.

I'm pleased the fair was better this time for you. I bet that gorgeous box was snapped up, gosh, I'd have been right in there and bought it - probably one of those things you could have sold 10 times over. Well done on your Sports 'Mile'!

I'm happy that the fair was better this time for you. I love the map that you put inside. It made all the difference in the world!

I know I couldn't run a mile if I wanted too. I was walking 3 miles a day and riding a stationary bike for 20 minutes everyday until I wretched my knee. It is going on two weeks now and my knee is still popping and at times it feels like it is out of joint. Oh well, I'm sure eventually it will mend itself then I'll be back on track again!
