Withdrawal Symptoms

Twitchy, headache, missing something, but can't quite put her finger on it ...
She hasn't been out a-hunting for treasure for weeks!  Sets out with basket in hand and comes back with ...
The minute that logo was spotted she knew she had to have it ...
Dinky ply box with three little drawers ...
... pull out to reveal a few cotton reels still sitting in one.
A little rubbed and age worn, but what a find!  Logo on each end too.
Sylko box Sold
Puffy velvet and chiffon marshmallow confection.  Shimmering creamy peach.  Amazing as new condition - perfect for a vintage wedding
Gorgeous chestnut brown straw hat adorned with grosgrain ribbon and oversized, blousy, creamy white flower. 
Sweetest soft brown velour number with ribbon and button trim.
Beautifully elegant brown felt hat from Christys of London
Dapper fellow in waistcoat and bow tie, stepping out in search of Easter.  Looking for little foil wrapped eggs to fill his basket. 
Bunny is Reserved
And lastly ... she couldn't leave these behind.  Fabulously funky barkcloth curtains.
Perfect condition.

Fire is lit.  Frosty, glittering glass shards covering the garden this morning.  Scudding cloud.  Geese in formation, honking as they cross the sky. 

Slow winter wending it's way closer to us.

Oooh - lovely finds! I love the all three of the brown hats and the little bunny - how sweet! It was nice to see a frost this morning - I've been wanting some proper cold weather for weeks now!

Ooh, cotton reel box is an amazing find. Love the little rabbit too and the brown hat with button trim, gorgeous. I am sure they will go in a flash!

What a lucrative haul - lucky you. I do love Sylko drawers but never have enough cottons to fill either of my sets!

I love the sewing cotton box too.I used to go in a haberdashery shop when I was little and there was always one like that on the counter.X What a lovely find.
