... she married her Mr.
Fourteen special people came to their wedding.
They were married at 4.30pm,
here, in the sitting room ...
.. at Little Barwick House,
a Georgian Dower House, set in beautiful gardens.
On the morning of their wedding day they went for a walk in the rain
and took their rubbish to the recycling centre!
In the afternoon the sun shone brightly for them.
To celebrate their anniversary,
they visited Bath, their favourite city,
and walked a favourite walk along the canal path.
Stopping off at the Holbourne Museum
for tea and cake.
In the Ladies Loo -
this amazing soap sculpture ...
... his nose rather flattened now!
The statue forms part of 'The Toilet Project',
by Korean artist Meekyoung Shin.
She has several soap sculptures on display in public toilets across the UK -
all will be brought together at the Korean Cultural Centre in London from mid November.
This link gives a little more info about Meekyoung
and shows some amazing soap vases she sculpted.

Congratulations to she and Mr on their 12th wedding anniversary. I'm delighted to hear they spent their anniversary in Bath as it is one of my most favourite cities in the Uk. I have visited Bath in many tmes and even took my husband, Sr P ,there before we left the UK to live in Spain. He was duly impressed too.
I've never seen a soap sculpture before it is quite impressive. I'm off to have a look see at the soap vases.
keep well
Amanda :-)

Congratulations on your Wedding Anniversary - you are almost 25% towards your parents 50th.
What a very relaxed Wedding Day you had, why do we all make such a fuss when we could take it all in our stride as you appear to have done?
Alway enjoy a day in Bath, just half an hour down the road from here.

That all sounds lovely and loving.
Bath is my favourite city too. I was there on Friday just walking around and taking it all in. I’ve never visited Little Barwick House, but it looks like the perfect setting for a wedding. Happy Anniversary.
I also wanted to let you know I’ve done the three blind mice post and linked back to you. Barbara
