Her little Flo spent a lot of time sunbathing outside this summer
and as a consequence biting little critters had taken up residence in her fur.
The itching was making Flo quite stressed and although the critters were soon despatched, the dermatitis that followed was proving harder to shift.
The vet suggested a warm bath with a special herbal shampoo to sooth her skin!
And so prepared for scratches and yowls they began ...
and their weird little puss loved it!
As the warm water was poured over her and the massage began
she purred louder and louder.
Towel dried and cuddled she snuggled down into the duvet later,
silky furred and smelling beautiful!

Seriously cute, hope she's all better soon :) xxx
Well HELLO, FLO! Oh, what these dear creatures have to endure with tiny creatures living in their fur!
She is precious. I named a wren FLO who took up residence in our birdhouse this summer!
Have a lovely Sunday!
Flo is cuteness personified - It sounds as if the soothing warm water was a real pleasure for her.
so gorgeous!!! Willie my last cat hated water and we did not bathe him ....that or risk life and limb! However my daughter's cat Mario loved water and we could even put him under the shower!!! I suppose it is to do with what sort of breed of cat!! I'm glad Flo loved it!!!
keep well

She's lovely.
This is the cutest little kitty EVER! Your love for her is wonderful. I hope her skin condition clears up quickly.
So sweeet!
My little cat used to always come and sit on the end of the bath and dip her paws in whenever I had a bath... Cx
Such an adorable little Kitter Kat. The odd ones are always the best ones.
Oh bless her heart and you too....we think our pooch may have a flea allergy!!
nasty little critters!

I hope that it has done the trick, it is horrible to see a pet in distress isn't it. Seems as though she liked the bath though - how unusual is that for a cat!! xx
She is darling. So glad she didn't mind the bath.
We've tried almost everything with Stephen Squirrel, he's got the same trouble, don't think he'd be as accommodating as gorgeous little Flo! xxx
Ahhh...bless! Am glad the bath helped, so sweet :))) xx
Oh, so cute!!! I hope Flo feels better. Hugs
What a cutie Jane but I feel her pain!! Lovely to visit here again and many thanks fro all your support my dear:~))
Poor Flo glad she enjoyed her bath so much! Our Twinkle would have hated it she never likes me going close with a towel in my hand when she has come in wet from the garden! I will definitely come and see you in Bridport!

Wow, who'da thought a cat would enjoy a bath? We tried to bath Bad Bobby once when he had an 'accident' and he went beserk. She is adorable. xx
Good morning! Thank you for coming to visit me last night! Well, tomorrow was officially the first day of fall and we shall see what winter dishes out this year. Let us both hope it is not like what it was last year...one of the worse on record! Oh, sweet September - linger just a little while longer!
Aw how sweet she is! She must have known you were helping her by giving her the bath. Happy Fall....hugs, Holly
What a sweet little creature. Long ago my cat Daisy suffered from itchy ears sometimes - I wish I'd known about the warm water treatment!
How adorable! Such a sweet kitty. Beautiful photos from your holiday. Thank you for sharing them. Best wishes, Pj x
How sweet. She has to be so much more comfortable now.
How absolutely adorable, I'm so glad I stumbled across your blog again. I somehow lost touch with your posts, never mind I will enjoy catching up.
Minky was the same, she was trying to get in the shower with me when I was using lavender shower soap, so I made a natural lavender, and coconut oil rub for her which she absolutely loves - which soothed her sore belly from the pesky harvest mites.
