Coming to future fairs ...

Stacks of lavender
Lavender stacks
Scraps of vintage fabric
Crammed full of dreamy lavender and nothing else  ...
... topped with a toning vintage button.
Ready for the Treasurer's House
and Frome Vintage Bazaar Christmas Fairs
This dear little girl needs some tender loving care  ...
... and a pretty frock to cover her bottom bare.
Still smiling sweetly, despite her many ops.
A knee and hip replacement and a new arm.
She still has her little Chad Valley button
and sewn label on her foot.
A rosy Autumnal apple ice bucket
for collectors of kitsch ...
Teeny weeny, Clarice style hand painted mustard pot ...
Mirror, mirror ...
Gorgeous Belgian china juicer in perfect condition ...
And a couple of small projects on the 'to do' list ...
Love the industrial feel look and feel of  this stool.
Can't wait to give it a good clean and recover the seat.
Maybe some of my old French linen or a scrap of rosy Sanderson .
And and old tomato box ...
... that needs sanding, waxing, new handles, and maybe a pretty lining.

Those lavender bags are little works of art! I've a black version of that Chad Valley doll over in my parents' loft, it must have been my Mum's! x

I love how incredible a job has been done on this doll, that poor thing having to go through all these operations and surgeries haha. Great post Jane, hopefully these products will be big hits in future fairs, I have no doubt that they won't be!

Oooh Marina,

I love, love, love all of the pretty vintage lavender sachets. All of them are gorgeous and the stool, what a great find!! The sweet little doll just may need a trip to doll hospital to repair the "love" that must have been the reason for her tattered body and a new dress will make her brand new! I can't wait to see the box and stool after you do your magic on them. :)

Ooh - the stool and those mirrors! And your lavender sacks are beautiful - a bit different to the usual kind you see. (Yours show off the fabrics even better!) Hope we get to see a picture of the stool once finished!

I could actually smell the lavender in those gorgeous lavender bags.
I love the Water Babies book, such a beautiful cover.
Some dolls actually scare me, but I think the little Chad Valley lady has such a delightful face how could you not love her? I'm sure she'll find a good home.
The juicer is so useful and unusual, I think it'll fly too.
I've smiled all the way through :o)

A true delight, your little bags
with lavender, will have great success, Marina.
We came here several times in Frome, but
I would love to see even the fair.
Best of luck!

I am agog over those mirrors. I had forgotten how beautiful hand mirrors can be. I remember the one from the movie Titanic. The mirror is old but the character said the reflection has changed. Great finds.
