This sounds like it's going to be a whole lot of fun Jane! Really hope that you enjoy yourself, you deserve it!
ReplyDeleteSounds like Heaven!

Sound like fun, and I LOVE the collar box.
ReplyDeleteI think I would lose sleep with excitement. Love the collar box!
ReplyDeleteWish you a great time and success!!!
ReplyDeleteMe too, I like this collar box!
~ Wishing you a truly fabby day, Mrs VJ! With that till ringing merrily! WISH I could visit! But we are on an adventure of our own...The collar box is charming, real nostalgia! Hugs Maria x
ReplyDeleteMail order collars, those were the days! I couldn't resist googling the exotic address - just what you'd expect - modest but smart 1930s semi-detached.
ReplyDeleteMy goodness, I haven't seen a collar box like that in years... not since we sorted out my grandparents house.
ReplyDeleteGood luck on Saturday!
Looks amazing, love that stack of textiles, so so gorgeous! Would have loved those :)) Happy Friday my dear...I wish you a gorgeous weekend xx
ReplyDeleteThat would be like a dream come true. I love old textiles, buttons and notions. I hope you had a good time. Don't forget to show us the goodies you pick up. :)
ReplyDeleteP.S. I've never heard of a collar box!
You have such a wonderful eye, if you were anywhere near me I would be over in a flash to peruse some more!! Gorgeous.....
ReplyDeleteSkipping over to see if I can find a hankie boiling in vinegar whilst in the burco boiler! Stranger things have happened. We are well verses in Burco's in our house - if any drivers cuts me up, mows me down or drives badly they are called a Burco Boiler. Tis a small world!
ReplyDeleteAnyway - what I really wanted to say was that I love the collar box very much and I also very much wish to start a collar emporium that reaches every part of the British Isles! I would also ensure that the address label had been reversed!
Best wishes
Jenny
PS - meant to add good luck with the fair!
ReplyDeleteBest wishes
Jenny
Love a vintage storage box! The typeface, the illustrations ... the sheer hardiness! They do not make them like they used to.
ReplyDeleteWanted to say thank you ever so much for your heartfelt comment on my Madiba post. ♥♥♥
Have a super week! xx
Love that vintage collars box. I've just bought one too! Think I might use it for vintage xmas decs. xxx
ReplyDeleteI am definitely going to try and come to the next one of these, especially as i have discovered that Frome isn't THAT far way from me, considering I drive to Wimborne everyday now.
ReplyDeleteWill you be at the Poundbury TFT tomorrow? xx
This is cool!
