Jumping on the Bandwagon ...

They jumped on the printer’s tray bandwagon at the weekend,

and lined little man’s tray with vintage Beano comic strips. 

He had been wanting to do this for sometime,

but just the thought of all those fiddly little squares made it 

very easy to find a whole raft of excuses to do other things.

However, after seeing the wonderful efforts of 

the Vintage Sheet Addict, Jelly Jam, Fading Grace and others, 

she felt guilty and could put it off no longer.

Thankfully, he didn’t want his tray painted!

And so, they set to cutting out Dennis the Menace,

The Bash Street Kids and Minnie the Minx. 

And gluing … and cutting … and gluing … and cutting … and gluing …

Hours later they finished.

It’s not perfect by any means, but he loves it – 

and that makes them both happy.

Little Lego folk, Farmer Fred,

and their paraphernalia,

living in a high rise tower block ...

presided over by Tintin, 

their landlord ...
